Supporting Critical Systems of Businesses

Alliance SI

Managing Director,Rod Cassidy, Alliance SIRod Cassidy, Managing Director
“Alliance SI has a history built on trust and reliability, and we are proud to continue this legacy. Our learning culture is at our heart, and we continue to strive and provide our customers with industry-leading service and technology solutions,” begins Rod Cassidy, Managing Director of Alliance SI.

With 40 years of data centre infrastructure expertise, Alliance SI handles all aspects of electrical design, telecommunications, construction, and maintenance. The company’s data centre infrastructure offerings of ensuring integrity, security, and continuity of facilities are vital in a time/period/generation where there is increasing reliance on cloud and data centre infrastructure which is further advancing the importance of the resilience of network and connectivity.

The company prides itself on its knowledge on how to operate complex environments, ensuring obligations of public and private facilities, engaging highly skilled technicians and by embracing their Quality Assurance Certification to the ISOQAR 9001:2015 standard. Further, Alliance SI ensures efficient practices are followed by adhering to appropriate data centre protocols, security, best practices and reporting procedures. Mr.Cassidy, acclaims “We understand that modern data centre infrastructures operate sensitive environments wherein integrity and operational performance are crucial for success.”
The company provides a complete turnkey solution to maintaining diverse electrical and communications infrastructure. It delivers services such as designing, planning and applications, an audit of current situations, upgrading mains and switchboards, installation of general lights and earthing power systems, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment and DC power systems. In addition, the company also offers the full suite of data centre services that includes 24x7x365 support, Infrastructure data cabling, secure key storage and cross-connect infrastructure.

Alliance SI has also designed and implemented significant best practice copper, fibre, and wireless network infrastructures, assuring sophisticated and specialist data and communication services, offering clients a bandwidth for their business needs. Tailor-made for individual requirements, the firm’s data and communication services operated by a team of experienced technicians ensure risks are mitigated, and an unswerving infrastructure is attained.

Cassidy recalls a time when a large data centre customer had problems with their underground fibre which caused significant challenges for customer verification and redundancy in customer links. Alliance SI mobilised their workforce, and within few hours commenced work on running power optics throughout the customers data centre. The team deployed 239 circuits across multiple data centres within a 72 hour period, mobilising the amount of resource disposed of in a short time frame. The outcome was that their customers remained unaffected and their services were maintained throughout the incident.

A thing common across all industries is the “right to change and the right of reliance on technology,” and Alliance SI always strives for productivity and efficiency with the evolving technology. The company culture is all about learning, continual training, and supporting the career aspirations of individuals by making sure they are at the forefront of technology. Hence, Alliance SI invests a lot in constant training, allowing its team to gain a wealth of experience in the data centre industry. The fact that they have been in the industry for over 40 years has enabled them to develop an irrefutable reputation due to their honesty and integrity.

As a people-oriented business, Alliance SI’s strength lies in supporting each other within the company and putting themselves ‘out there’ for their customers. “We are growing to meet the demands of our customers and will continue to innovate and meet their requirements,” concludes Cassidy.
